David F. Zuppke...When Winning is the Only Option!
David F. Zuppke founded the law firm in 1980 and has spent the past 30 years litigating a wide range of cases for individuals and small companies in liability and contract claims. He has a well deserved reputation as a fierce fighter on behalf of his clients. His reputation was built on his trial success and his ability to reach deep into the pockets of his opponents when it comes time to settle his client's cases.
Although the vast majority of cases are settled before trial, David prepares every one of his cases with the expectation that he will have to take the case through a jury trial. With this strategy and approach, his client's settlements are maximized because his level of trial preparation is of the highest caliber.
During his 30 years of practice, he has handled more than 1000 cases and tried and arbitrated between 50 and 100 cases to conclusion. In the past 15 years, he has not lost a single trial, which accounts for the great number of litigation cases referred to him by lawyers who he has opposed.
He is AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the only nationally recognized service that rates lawyers. A Peer Review Rating is objectively established by other attorneys and judges who have had legal experience dealing with a rated attorney.
An "AV" rating is the highest peer recognition for both ethical standards and legal ability. This rating denotes the highest adherence to professional standards of conduct and ethics, reliability, diligence and other criteria relevant to the discharge of professional responsibilities. http://www.martindale.com/Products_and_Services/Peer_Review_Ratings.aspx#5

He has represented individuals who have been victimized by other attorney's malpractice.
