I founded this law firm in 1980 and have spent the past 31 plus years litigating a wide range of cases for individuals and small to large commercial businesses. With no false modesty, I have earned a well deserved reputation as a fierce fighter on behalf of my clients and my reputation was built on trial success and my ability to reach deep into the pockets of opponents when it comes time to settle my clients' cases.

Although the vast majority of cases are settled before trial, I prepare every case with the expectation that I will have to take the case through a jury trial.  With this strategy and approach, my clients' settlements are maximized because the level of trial preparation is of the highest caliber.

During more than 31 years of practice, Mr. Zuppke I have handled more than 1000 cases and tried and arbitrated between 50 and 75 cases to conclusion.  In the past 20 years I have lost only one trial, which accounts for the great number of litigation cases referred to me by lawyers I have opposed.

When I am contacted by clients with needs outside my own expertise, I will assist a client in finding the best qualified attorneys to represent my client's interests.

I am licensed to practice law in every Michigan Court and have handled cases in Illinois, Ohio and Georgia.  In 2006, I was honored to be invited by the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association Employment Section to speak on the subject of arbitration as an alternative to litigation in the court system.
